KAB celebrates a committment to the Living Wage
We are pleased to announce that KAB is now an accredited Living Wage Employer. We believe that everyone deserves a Living Wage, and this means that every member of staff in our organisation earns more than the minimum wage, they earn a Living Wage of at least £8.45 per hour.
The Living Wage is an hourly rate set independently by the Living Wage Foundation and updated annually, based on the cost living in the UK. If you would like to find out more about the Living Wage please visit their website www.livingwage.org.uk.
